Refund policy

At DAYA-USA, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

• In order for DAYA-USA to accept a return, the item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable and with all tickets attached.
• DAYA-USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
• Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale.
• As orders shipped from Israel to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, please note that these fees are not refundable through DAYA-USA. You may be able to recover them by contacting U.S. Customs.
• We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and exchanges from customers with unreasonable return histories.
• DAYA-USA reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders. DAYA-USA reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by reseller customers or bulk purchasers. Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale (no exchange or return privileges will be granted).

• If you would like to exchange or return your item, the return shipping is free of charge. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt.

  For all returns, store credit is our default resolution. We believe this is the most thoughtful way to honor your purchase while ensuring you find something you truly love within our collection.

  Prefer a different size or style? We are delighted to offer complimentary exchanges to ensure your perfect fit. Our customer care team will guide you through the exchange process personally, at no extra cost to you.

  Because our styles are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to current availability. If your preferred item has sold out, or if you simply prefer to return your item anyway, a refund will be issued in accordance with our outlined policy.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request and dispatch your new piece or issue your refund promptly.
