Free Shipping

• Receive Free Shipping offer valid on Express shipping delivery option for qualified purchases of US$220 or more.
• Offer valid on shipments to U.S. addresses only.
• Offer not valid on Expedited Shipping.
• No adjustments to prior purchases.

If not reached minimum required for free delivery

• Flat-rate delivery charge of US$15.00.

DELIVERY POLICY

When placing an order with DAYA-USA, please provide a delivery address where delivery can occur safely and securely without risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once merchandise is delivered, you or someone you trust should be able to retrieve it promptly. DAYA-USA works with selected carriers to bring you your purchases. Neither DAYA-USA nor its carriers are responsible for damage, loss or theft that occurs after the carrier reports delivery to the address provided during checkout. DAYA-USA reserves the right to suspend delivery to any address or customer that DAYA-USA determines to present a risk of loss, damage, theft, fraud, or abuse.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes are calculated and included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional charges collected upon delivery.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE

A guaranteed delivery date is not available for orders, delivery time will be up to 7 days.

The order must have been shipped to an eligible address. Guaranteed delivery dates are only available for addresses in the United States. The guaranteed delivery date is only applicable to the initial delivery address selected by the customer.

• Your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment must be processed before the “order in” countdown timer on the checkout page.
• The guarantee does not apply, and a refund of the delivery charge will not be available, when a delivery attempt by the guaranteed date cannot be made due to an unforeseen circumstance outside the control of DAYA-USA or our carriers, which may include labor unrest, natural disasters, or severe weather events, including storms.
• Please note that carrier delivery scans may not always be accurate.
• An attempted delivery on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee, as does an offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date.
